  If the stats show 3 views but no visitors this day,
  what does this mean?

  It means you need to be more patient and let the stats update later in the day. Stats can be delayed by hours.

  They’re also not really all that accurate to begin with. Many people employ blocking tactics to keep themselves from being tracked and logged.

  The many other problems with stats were resolved yesterday. Only a few bloggers have issues now.
