Views Count not getting updated on WordPress Blog!!

I visited a website http://http://www.ufthelp.com
When I visited that website, count were getting refreshed realtime with every page refresh whereas it does not happens with my WordPress blog?What is the catch behind this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.com stats do not count your own visits when you are logged in unless you have a private blog. Also wp.com stats are not live/realtime so there is a delay before a new view is tabulated.

I was not logged in when I refreshed the page on my blog. Also, if the stats are not live, how much do they take to get reflected?
By Private Blog, do you mean to say wordpress.org blog?

No, a private wordpress.com site counts your own visits and visits from invited users (and usually staff if they visit). I’m not sure about how long it takes before stats update: if I remember past posts in these forums it’s and hour or so.
I’ll step out of this discussion because I’m not obsessed with minute by minute stats and don’t have enough specific information to give you.
There are lots of places to look at your stats, and many different stat counters. They don’t necessarily tally because they all count views and new views, and subscribers differently.

If you have a wp.org blog with jetpack installed you get those stats the same way as you do here on wp.com.

This is not about obsession, however, I was just curious to get some depth on how the view count thing work on wordpress and other sites. But I am not sure why you are not interesting in telling different approaches used for calculating site view count and out of those approaches which approach is used by wordpress.com.
