Views of articles become invisible

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello,
Just recently, when I went to my column “articles” where they are referenced as well as all the mentions I like for those of them and the date of publication, I saw again recently the number of views for this or that article . But this number of views has disappeared, and I am forced to go into statistics to see.
Sorry for my English, I’m French.

    Can you help me?
    thank you,
    Cordially.

  • Hi –

Are you asking about the individual statistics for each post?

That useful feature has now been removed and you need to click on the three dots next to each post to reach the statistics. See also: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/why-have-my-number-of-views-on-my-blogs-disappeared/

    Hello

staff-zinnia : I’m talking about the article I find on the left column of the click on “My Sites”. Normally we saw the number of views per article and we can easily scroll more but I’m no longer obliged to click on the “three small dots” to view these views by article, which is much more and more useless … I can provide a screenshot if you wish if you have any address to give me to send it.

: Why this deletion? In what interest? I asked a fellow blogger, for him nothing has changed.

  • @hosenford it was causing some performance issues. If we’re able to add it back without issue, we will.

In the meantime, though, you can still view the most popular posts and pages for the day or week, or even for the month, and that will likely show how your recent posts are doing. Let us know if you need help doing that.
