How do I see who viewed one of my posts? I can see how many views I have received, but I can’t click on them and see who has been viewing my blog.

That`s correct. There is no means of identifying who reads posts on any public blog.

Note that many of us keep our personal email addresses off the web as they are for family and friend use only. Instead, we register throwaway email addresses that do not personally identify us and use them for blogging purposes.
