Views reset with host change.

  I just moved my site http://www.themodtech.com from wordpress.com to a self hosted wordpress.org site. However i see that my site views have gone from over 12000 down to 0 again. Is there anyway to have your view count follow you when you move your site or does it automatically reset back to 0?

  Since you’re no longer hosted at WordPress.com, you have to find your answers in the WordPress.ORG forums. And yes, since it is a different site, the counter goes back to zero.
