Views x10 hack? – Oagalthorp

  First of all, I couldn’t find a views or hits section in the forums, so I put it here.

  Anyway, I heard a rumor about a hack on WordPress sites that multiplies daily views by 10, is this true? It doesn’t seem likely, but I’m not sure.

  Rumors are rarely ever true. Once you demand specifics and particulars you will usually find the other party is off base. Among kids in club penguin there are always rumors of hacking and site jacking. They aren’t true. I recommend you spend your time on blogging rather than looking for way to game the system.

  There is no support issue here so would you please mark this thread “resolved”?

  Hey, I never said I wanted to use any hacking program, but someone mentioned it, and I was wondering if it was true. I don’t find there to be a crime in that.

  Who’s talking about “crimes”? IMO you should ignore it and all other rumors. :)
  But if you think this rumor has enough evidence and substance behind it then by all means report it to staff.
