    Please explain to me how my home page was viewed 81 times yet I only have 15 visitors today? For the longest time now I believe your views/visitor counter has been having issues. Thanks!

    Stats counts will never quite be exact, no matter which stats service you use. A stats service can only account for the data that the browser provides (or that the user has allowed the browser to provide). Some minor fluctuations or oddities are expected from time to time for a variety of reasons.

    It’s entirely possible that your homepage was viewed 81 times amongst the current 23 visitors, or that there were 81 visitors but only 23 provided enough data to classify them as unique individuals, or that one visitor was just a search engine bot that we have not yet classified which visited your homepage 81 times to index it.
