Vigilance : change tag font size

  Well, I am new to css, and I wanted to know if I can change tags font size, on the new Vigilance theme.
  ( these tags: http://loungeprod.com/tagWP.jpg )

  I wanted to make them smaller, and in a clearer color, and in italics.

  Oh and another question….

  It is possible to put them in the bottom of an article ?
