Vigilance Custom Colors Not Working

  Hello, I’m trying to update my blog (www.panamalenstest.wordpress.com) to a custom color scheme using the vigilance options. When I enter a value of “ff0000” (bright red) for instance, select the custom color enable button, and save changes there is no change on the actual blog page.

  I’ve searched the forums; this seemed to be a problem in the past, then was fixed, and now apparently a problem again.

  Others are reporting issues with Vigilance as well. I expect staff might be tinkering with themes (adding features or adding stuff for future features).
