Vigilance Custom Colours

  I would like to be able to changes the link colour, link hover colour in the vigilance theme but I have changed them in the theme options and no change is visible in my blog, is this one of those things that take 24hrs to update or am I making a mistake and missing something?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, but have you “enabled” custom colors from the pulldown on the theme options page?
