Vigilance Them – want to add currently reading to right hs

  hi i want to add a tab to the right hand side where i can put in a picture and name of teh book i am currently reading and then have teh abolity to remove it and alter it to teh new book once i have finished it, anyone know if it can be done on vigilance theme?
