Village websites: do you maintain one? Can you give me a URL?

    Hi. I created, and maintain, a website/blog for the village in which I live. I’ve been trying to find some others but not had a lot of luck. I’m mostly interested in ‘non-official’ sites, ie not run by the Parish Council, so created/maintained by someone who, like me, just likes the village in which they live so put together a site for it. I only found three of interest so far: ‘Village Voices’, ‘853’ and ‘Village of Alanson’ but there must be many others not turned up by a Google search for ‘village websites’. A big issue in my village is fighting inappropriate housing development on greenfield sites; I have to work hard so ensure this topic doesn’t take over the site. It would be great to be in touch with other village website authors and follow other village blogs.
