Vimeo & Youtube videos don’t appear in RSS feed

  hi everyone,

  i’m using WordPress 2.7 hosted on my server – http://ggunn.com

  i know many people read the blog via RSS through Google Reader or something similar.
  my problem is that neither Vimeo nor Youtube videos are appearing when viewed via RSS feed.

  it looks like WordPress is removing the <embed> tag when it creates the RSS feed.
  at least, that’s the only difference i’ve noticed.

  anyone have a solution to this issue?

  Hi, but there are two notices just above the tab you pressed to post this. The one says “8 Things To Know Before Posting”.

  No: it happens a lot, and it’s just that most people don’t bother to read the stickies. (And our real problem isn’t you or anyone else like you: it’s staff’s reluctance to do anything about it so that both you and us will stop wasting our time.)
