Vimeo embed not working for a client

  I have been using the vimeo embed codes, ,and usually they are just working fine, but now one client has told us, that he cannot see the given video, while I and another team member checked it, and it is working very well for us, and we have no idea why he cannot see it.

  I have checked:
  -video embed code – ok
  -vimeo privacy settings-ok
  -client tried it see it on different browsers and computers

  Hi there,

  Can you please share the URL of the page where you’ve posted/embedded the Vimeo video?

  If you can see it and everyone else can but only the client cannot see it, it is mostly an issue with their browser or their network.

  It looks like your WordPress site is self hosted (using WordPress.ORG).

  You can find the right answers in WP.org forums linked above. But in my opinion, if I go with what you described, then the issue is mostly in client’s browser or network.
