vimeo still not posting

  Hello All,

  I’m new to WordPress. I’ve run other blogging sites in the past I’m having issues with my blog & Vimeo. Searched the support site & forums for a resolution. Followed the instructions from the Support site. The issue still remains. Site link.

  Added the vid as according: [vimeo 8118831] Text will show but no video.

  according to this http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/vimeo/ both variants
  [vimeo 8118831]
  [vimeo http://vimeo.com/8118831%5D
  are correct.

  Yes, it does. This does not work:

  …Laura WAS decorating the Christmas Tree

  It just shows the proper thumbnail and title and then keeps loading forever. The code is

  Or, if looked at from the Edit page,

  although on the source page it’s a Vimeo, I believe.

  If you’re talking about the “Conan Yule Log”, um, no, doesn’t appear to be, at least by that code. It’s a video from NBC.com being posted via vodpod, which is something else altogether.

  Thanks. Musta gotten into the eggnog when I posted it. Better check over at Vodpod to see what’s up there.
