    Buen día, integre a mi e-commerce una plataforma de envío llamada Skydropx, sin embargo no se vículan las órdenes. Me conumique con soporte de skydrops y me comentan que me debo de comunicar con ustedes, wordpress para poder solucionar mi problema, esto es lo que me comentan:
    ‘No tiene activo el API o las carpetas estan con el acceso bloqueado, el error es por parte del sitio web’

    I contacted skydrops support and they told me that I should contact you, wordpress in order to solve my problem, this is what they told me:
    ‘The API is not active or the folders are blocked from access, the error is due to part of the website’

    We’re actually WordPress.com the hosting company, rather than the free WordPress code. The code itself does not have a paid support team, but it does have a fabulous forum over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ .

    I’d recommend asking your plugin support which folders need access and what permissions are needed, then contact your host for help with that. Or, use that forum if you need more help. You’ll need to create an account there if you don’t have one already.

    Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself:
