Vintage Camera custom background not showing

    I have switched my blog over to the Vintage Camera theme. It says that I can upload and use a custom background in the free version. but it doesn’t show it once it has been uploaded and saved. Even if I exit the browser and reopen it, it doesn’t show up.
    Any help here would be appreciated.
