Violation of terms of service?
-
Hi, today I got a message from you for maybe violating the term of service with my blog http://www.bayrvr.wordpress.com. First of all thank you for the warning instead of taking other measures directely! Let me stress that I will remove any content or link you may consider as violation of terms.
However, after reading the terms carefully, I only found one that you might have in mind being violated because I got links in my blog leading to other websites:
At “2. Responsibility of Contributors”:
“the Content is not spam, is not machine- or randomly-generated, and does not contain unethical or unwanted commercial content designed to drive traffic to third party sites or boost the search engine rankings of third party sites, or to further unlawful acts (such as phishing) or mislead recipients as to the source of the material (such as spoofing);”For sure my blog is not spam, its sophisticated editorial work and a well choosen collection of specific news from other websites all respecting the law of the copyright owner. The only links I use that you might see as violation of terms are – i guess – the photos of books on the right sidebar with a leading link to a publishing house.
So, pleas, tell me what links or content you see as a violation, so that I can remove the contents or links.
Thanks a lot again for the warning.
Looking forward to hear from you.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
