VIOLATION OF WORDPRESS TERMS OF SERVICE – Account Impersonation

My name is Camilo Concha and someone is using my name and is IMPERSONATING me on wordpress. The following blog is NOT me, and whoever put up this blog is IMPERSONATING me and my name. Please look at this blog: http://mrconcha.wordpress.com/ This is NOT my account but is my name and my image. This person is falsely pretending to be me! This needs to be removed as it is damaging my reputation and VIOLATES the WORDPRESS TERMS OF SERVICE namely the following part: “your blog is not named in a manner that misleads your readers into thinking that you are another person or company. For example, your blog’s URL or name is not the name of a person other than yourself or company other than your own; “
This is a blatant and clear violation of the WORDPRESS TERMS OF SERVICE. Please respond to me at: (email visible only to moderators and staff). I can provide proof i am the real Camilo Concha and that the fake wordpress blog: http://mrconcha.wordpress.com/ is violating your TERMS OF SERVICE because the blog is intentionally named after me and trying to mislead readers of this blog. This is a serious matter that WordPress has to address.
