  i virus has been detected on my blog. do i need to delete my blog and start a new one?

  According to the cached version on Google, the site above velvetpatches doesn’t appear to be hosted on WordPress.com.

  http://wordpress.org/support/ is where you will find help for your self-hosted WordPress install. If you don’t have a username there, you’ll have to sign up for one.

  If you have virus in your blog, it could also happen to us. How can we anesthetize ourselves?
