Virus on website with bogus pop up

  I’ve sent requests through but have not had a reply from anyone. Nobody can access my site due this pop up that renders it useless.

  It’s about being selected as the winner of today’s free iPhone 8 PlayStation or Mac air.

  Can you please let me know what is being done to fix it. Thank you
