My website is http:\threebearshomestaging.com. I began experiencing this issue yesterday also when trying to access my site directly from any mobile iOS device iPhones. I have uploaded screenshots of two separate pop ups, as well as my IP address:
IP address:

@thestoryofanni Yes! I’m really concerned it’s going to scare off customers or anyone who visits my site from Pinterest!
The WordPress Ads team sent me this reply this morning: “Your site hasn’t been hacked, but we’ve had several reports of similar popup ads coming up on iPhones on other WordPress sites.
These ads appear are coming from a bad-acting advertiser who is submitting them to our ad network, even though they violate our policy.
We’re working with our advertising partners to track down which advertiser is submitting these ads, in order to block them.”
Glad I’m not hacked, but super worried it’s going to hurt my business.

Hi vannessarhoades,
Thanks for the screenshots and your IP address, I’ve passed these on. We are trying to get to the bottom of this as quickly as we can and I’ll post an update here as soon as I know more.

Hi everyone,
Our ads team have made a change to block the source of these pop-up ads. Are any of you still seeing them on your sites? It would be great if you could let me know either way :)

Happening on mine and my husband’s sites as well – https://blueluminance.wordpress.com/ and https://macgirlrunning.wordpress.com
I’ve uploaded a screenshot of the ad and the ip address I was accessing it from to my media library

Crap…I just checked my site and it’s happening again on mine as well (was resolved yesterday). It’s taking visitors to the following site: http://motivating.com-us2-pad2.new-year-special-gifts.bid/winip7en_iosf.html?isp=Ets%20Telephone%20Company%20inc.&model=iPhone&72.46.199.12&voluumdata=deprecated&eda=deprecated&cep=fnt6LfVrLXVOXB4FYTOmah28iDlO-pxDnIvTJGQpSGdl0r_VmyF5K5KQhWwPLjasz3HB9v8vVcxwBIM2la61PMwSpTpcOAp-9DFPnPj-1Zd0z74tTRMc1uAnbaZEdIb1DHuy5vt7HO_rBmlXHkpdc-zX9dogUqH8cZzG9uj2C_g38DcCojpmUX8-Qpqpt_ENsMpoVgJf8qp9V3KR8uED0LWLOijYtNbRaH_u_3wqHJgvF-pSyZdRyXtXxbxG1P_U4DvLcpUylp47FMurM2fw2PlndjmC01raIlDzU1K0ql0&siteid=wordpress_8982&sitedomain=threebearshomestaging.com&source=348&pub=wordpress_3
