Virus Question

my website resumeplay.net has been getting a couple messages saying that when they access the site, 5 seconds later they are redirected to a new webpage that says “your computer is infected” and it tries to install some sort of program which im sure is a virus. Its very important that we get rid of this immediately but not sure what exactly I can do. I use a mac and don’t even see anything and ive refreshed the site multiple times
any help would be appreciated

forgot to say you may not have a virus but whats called a BOT or a Rootkit it will install malware and spyware as well
