Virus took us down, now what?

  Hey there,

  Our site, TH3RDFORCE.COM was taken down by a virus. We can not access our site. What do we do next? Start over?

  This is a support forum for sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Yiu are hosted elsewhere using a different version of WordPress which is supported at the forum at WordPress.org. You might ask for help there.

  You might also consider checking with your webhost. If you have a backup from before the virus they can help you restore it. If you don’t have a backup, they may have one if you check quickly.

  @houstonweaver is correct. TH3RDFORCE.COM is not hosted at WordPress.com – it is only connected to your WordPress.com account via the JetPack plugin. As such, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner.

  I would also recommend getting in touch with your host or domain registrar for support, or checking out these resources if your site was indeed built with WordPress software:
