We’ve got the same issue.
Malware detection seems to fail because the Trojan only shows up on the WP Admin screens.

I just got the same problem.
Site url is http://areasst.com
On admin panel, lots of different things do not work, seemingly because it’s being blocked by bitdefender because the site’s got a “Trojan.Script.644049”. Help please! -
Again, the main pages do not seem to have the issue. The issue comes up when using the WordPress console. BitDefender (our virus protection) gives us a warning every time that we click on a page that there’s a Trojan.
There’s a load-scripts.php <script> call embedded in the header that BitDefender blocks.
-
This is an example of the offending line that BitDefender blocks; the actual built <script> call varies depending on which admin page is in use.
<script type='text/javascript' src='https://whichtestwon.com/wp-admin/load-scripts.php?c=1&load%5B%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.3.1'></script> -
