virus Warnings
-
Hello, I keep getting comments from people telling me they get a virus warning when they come to my site, northierthanthou.com, but I can’t find the problem. Does this make sense? Is thare anyway that a spammer could have buried something in my comments or something? Is there anything that I or you can do to help?

FYI: The most recent comment was this from reddit:
“I clicked that link and it triggered the trend Micro warning so no thanks.”
But I’ve had a few people tell me that coming to my site triggered warnings in the past.

Would it be possible to have one of your visitors take a screenshot of what they’re seeing to help in troubleshooting?
Here’s a guide on how to make a screenshot, if you’re not sure: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/
Ask them to send you the screenshot so you can upload it in your Media Library and then post a link so we can see it.
Thanks.

I made the request and this is what I got:

There was an issue with a Trend Micro issuing false positives on WordPress.com sites.
If they upgrade their virus definitions, it should be fine. If not, Trend Micro is back to issues false positives for us again, and they’ll need to contact them as customers to get them to correct the issue.
