VISA business card payment rejected

    Hello there,
    I tried to pay subscription with my VISA business card, and it was rejected even though it has enough money on it and the card is valid. How can I check what happened?

    So you are not receiving any error messages when the transaction doesn’t go through? I do not see any failed transaction showing up under your account.

    Also, what is the upgrade that you are attempting to purchase and it was the account you are contacting us from where you tried to purchase the subscription?

    Did you try an alternate browser to see if the charge goes through?
