  I shared my blog post with friends. but when the click on the link, only ‘excerpt’ is visible. when they click on the post, they get a sign in/ subscribe/ add your existing website option. I changed the post access setting to ‘everyone’ but no luck. Would really appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

  Hi there!

  To keep posts accessible to everyone, you must keep the posts’s access setting as “everyone”.

  There’s a separate setting to show only excerpts instead of full posts on the blog’s homepage.

  To change this to always show the full post, go to Appearance -> Editor, and then click on the site to enter “editing mode”.

  Here, you should select the blog post’s excerpt to be able to edit how it appears on your blog. You can change settings to the excerpt from the sidebar:

  

  Alternatively, you can swap the Excerpt block to Content block to show full post content on the homepage:

  

  From the sidebar’s “Template” tab, you can choose how many blog posts appear at once on the homepage:

  

  After this, you should “save” from the top bar to save your changes.

  You can now visit your blog’s homepage to see your changes.
