  My site is visible only for second when I click dashboard. I am the site does not load when entered in google.
  Please let me know what I need to correct?

  What I see wheni go to your site is that it starts loading then a large broken image jumps up, but if I scroll down I see the text which is the same as the flicker when you first hit the page. Do you see your content when you scroll down? Looks to me like you need to fix your header image link.

  For some reason your path to your header file is pathprint.files.wordpress.com instead of printapath.files.wordpress.com.

  Perhaps you need to start over in loading your header. His support document may help :
