  How can I find out if my blog site is visible to others and if they can post on my blog?

  Well I see your blog. But I do not know what you mean by whether others can post on your blog. Do you mean whether they can comment? If so, the answer is that if I go to your individual post, I see the comment box.

  You can usually see how others see your blog if you go to it while logged out of wordpress.
