Visible to all RSVP results

    I want RSVP’s to be visible to others.
    Also, I need to clear the responses every week.

    Every week, our group gets together on Wednesday night to play tennis but ONLY if there will be four or more attending.

    The person comes to unlock the tennis courts for us needs to be able to see if there are enough signed up for him or her to drive over and unlock them.

    Once the day has passed, I want to remove all the responses and start with a clean slate for the next week.

    Hi Jane – I don’t know of any way to do this using the contact form. The best option might be for you to simply create a weekly post asking that everyone RSVP in the comments. Would that work?
