Visitor cannot leave a comment on post – says Error

    Someone just emailed me saying that an error comes up when she tries to leave a comment on a post. I’ve checked my settings and she has left comments before. What is going on?

    Hi there.

    There are many possible reasons for problems like this. It might have been the result of a bad internet connection, an expired session, a problem with the commenter’s cache, etc.

    I would suggest you ask the commenter to clear the cache and cookies of the browser being used, and try again.

    If the problem persists, can you ask your commenter to take a screenshot of the error message and send it to you? You can then upload that screenshot to your Media Library and I can take a look there.
