  Is there any way to see how long each visitor stays on a page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  None of the built-in widgets give that functionality, no, nor does the stats page. And we can’t add the type of plugins that will give you that information as we can’t install plugins on WordPress.com. See: http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
