Visitor IP Info

  Hi,
  I would like to know if it’s possible for me to find out the IP address that visited two of my sites on a specific date. I suspect a breach in confidentiality from an institution abroad and they are requesting further evidence. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  Hi!

  I’m flagging this for the staff’s attention, but I imagine the information would not be available as divulging it would be a breach of privacy in itself.

  Hi there,

  Terry is correct, we do not show the IPs of site visitors anywhere on your dashboard, and I don’t think we even log visitor IPs long-term. The IP addresses of commenters are visible in the Comments section in the WP-Admin dashboard, but that’s the only place that reveals that information.
