visitor maps fatal error!!

  I have downloaded a plugin from Mike chalis: visitor maps..now I cant access my site whatsoever? Soooo pissed!. in fact no one can. all you get is this:-

  Fatal error: error traversing GeoLite City database file – perhaps it is corrupt? Try reinstalling it. in D:Hosting8792408htmlwp-contentpluginsvisitor-mapsinclude-whos-online-geoip.php on line 454

  How can I access the dashboard and clear this issue?

  I host with GoDaddy, 1st mistake, soon to be corrected………

  Please can someone tell me how I can at least clear the entire site and start again if needed? Grrr! Chalis!
