Visitor to blog getting 'Your connection is not private' message

Hi, a visitor to my blog has told me that he got a message warning that the connection was not private. Is there something I need to fix at

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I did a quick search of the support documentation and the forum and could not find anything specific…

My first thought is that it might have more to do with the visitor’s own privacy settings on their browser than anything to do with WordPress and your blog. I did not receive the same message when I visited your blog.

Thanks Nick, I have been wondering the same thing. However my visitor has now sent me a ton of screenshots of messages saying things such recipesforenglish.com uses an invalid security certificate. Would this have anything to do with me changing my password about 30 minutes ago?

Sorry, I meant my recovery email. However I did change my password too today, a few hours ago. I wonder if that is what has put a spanner in the works.

Uh oh.. now, if I go to my Twitter account (@Englishsmarts) and click on my blog link in my bio I get a warning message from Safari that it can’t verify the identify of my website :‑o

hmmm…that is strange. If you type “modlock” in the tag side bar it should alert a Happiness Engineer to help you out.

Thanks so much for taking the time to help :-) I’ve asked some other people to go onto my website and they’ve had not encountered problems so we’ll see….
