  Please can someone advise what is the difference between visitors and views and followers?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The stats page available here should give you detailed insights on what views, visitors and followers are: https://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/

  To quote from that page, “The two main units of traffic measurement are views and unique visitors. A view is counted when a visitor loads or reloads a page. A visitor is counted when we see a user or browser for the first time in a given period (day, week, month).”

  Followers are users who have subscribed to your blog. You can see detailed information on that link.
