visitors and views function not correct

  The visitors and views function doesn’t work? I’ve just posted a new article and it is saying that, so far, I’ve had one visitor and 7 views, but I’ve had visits from 3 different countries and 6 shares on my newest article today.

  Somebody needs to fix this. And it seems like this question should be reported directly to the wordpress staff and not to the community, but I don’t see any other contact information.

  Thanks for responding. It turns out that it takes longer to load the visitor tally than the views. I meant to delete this question before it was ever posted, but that doesn’t appear to be an option.
