visitors can’t comment on previous posts

I just tried again with the latest beta build of IE8 and not logged in. Still no comment box.
I will say with IE8, clicking on your internal links forced a new browser (window) instead of taking me there in another tab, despite my settings for a new tab. You might want to rethink how you link to yourself. I wouldn’t spend much time on a site that’s always loading new copies of the browser and the snap shots made it even more annoying.
I hope someone else has an idea because I’m out of them. :(

The checkbox with the zero is now checked. And I can see comments for all my old posts. Thank you very much.I will check resolved

Ellaella, the comments aren’t deactivated: Tess, buyathread and me have all left comments.

I left a comment too, panahiotisadm. Two different posts are involved and her problem is now solved.

I just left a comment too, on the full-timers’ post of a few days ago. Your blog did require me to login before I could leave my comment.

Most odd. I went there shortly after you did and assumed there was no problem, except with the cache issue. And when I did go later and left a comment, I was logged out of WordPress, and I didn’t have to log in.

Yeah I know. And how comes checking imstead of unchecking the “Automatically close somments” option solved the problem?
(By the way, the visitors numbers in the third column of your flag counter are only half visible. Would you like us to correct that?)

The image is wider than your sidebar, so add this after the image URL (you know, separated by spaces):
width="150px"
150 will make the whole image visible, but too small. Make that 210 if you just want to bring the third column numbers into full view. -
Thanks. I have it set to 180. Looks kind of small. I wish I could get rid of the numbers. It’s the colors that I like.
