  Can you tell me about the number of text characters that a visitor is limited to when making a comment on the blog?
  Can the comments be sent to a moderator prior to being published live?

  Hi hecrowell,

  I don’t believe there is a character limit for comments.

  You can adjust your comment settings by going to My Site > Settings > Discussion.

  To force all comments to be moderated before they are published, enable “Comment must be manually approved” in the “Before a comment appears” section in the Discussion Settings.
