  Hallo buddies!
  I am new in this and I would like to know if is there the possibility to show a visitors counter in my blog home page.

  oh, so simply.
  you go to the Menu “Theme” in your dashbord setting, go to “Widget”.
  Choose the tag “counter” into the sidebar.

  Yes there are some free third party non-Javascript visitor tracking counters we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Scroll down to “Visitor Tracking” on this page.
