Visitors to my blog receive spam notifications

I have received reports from 2 visitors to my blog that they received spam notifications when they tried to access my blog.
THis started to happen only this week. Well, at least the 2 visitors who informed me started to receive these spam notices this week.
the first person to inform me accesses my blog from her desktop. this happened 3 days in a row, and then this morning the spam notice just stopped. every time she received the spam notice she just goes on reading my entry and then just leaves the blog afterward.
the second person to inform me received the spam notice yesterday when she accessed my site through her galaxy note. later she tried on her laptop, she received a spam notice also. from her galaxy note she cannot read the blog when the spam notice appears. but on her laptop she can read the blog even if there is a spam notice.
These 2 people are regular visitors to my blog, and according to them this is the first time this happened to them.
I, myself, have not received any spam notice when I access my blog. I also asked a few of my friends if they received spam notices if they access my blog, and they told me no.
I always remove spam messages that my blog gets. I do this everyday.
So, is there really a spamming problem with my blog? How do I check?
