Visitors, views and countries

  Hi, I’m looking for a bit of clarification around views, visitors and countries.

  Looking at my site stats, yesterday I had a higher number of views than visitors. This I understand (unique visitors vs multiple pages they might have viewed etc). However, I don’t get how countries fits into all of this. The total number against countries is the same as my view count so does this mean that where I have a count of 19 against Ireland (for example) it’s saying that 19/X views were from Ireland, but isn’t able to give me more nuanced information about how many unique visitors were from Ireland?

  Any clarification / confirmation is much appreciated, especially as I appreciate this is a pretty basic query!
