Visitors who "like"

Hello. I have noticed when I visit other blogs that often there is a gallery of gravatars of people who “liked” a particular post. I would like to have the same on my posts, but I can’t seem to find how to get that function. What am I missing?

II can claerly see the like button below your posts and above the comment boxes when I click post titles and the posts display on their own page.

On the front page of our blogs our posts are “showcased” and that means all comments are collapsed on that page. By clicking the post title or the comments link the posts on the front page open on their own page where the like button and all comments display.
The way the comments function is coded into the core of WordPress and we can’t change this.
In a new blog one does not have many posts or comments. In an established blog if the comments did not collapse on the front page it would become a mile long in no time flat, and page loading time is a page ranking factor. Studies show we have only 3-4 seconds before visitors refuse to wait for a site to load and click out.
Note 2: Your followers do not need to click into your posts to use the like button. There are several different ways that readers can start following your blog.

P.S. I can likewise see gravatars of those who liked your posts but I simply forgot to type that in above.
