  Is there a widget out there for wordpress that allows you to show your latest visitors with their little gravatar images also want this for blog followers?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no widget such as the one you describe. You can place a Recent Comments widget in your sidebar http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/recent-comments-widget/ When bloggers click the “like” button on your posts their avatars/gravatars also display below the post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/ More on “my followers” here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/followers/
