VISUAL and CODE option?

I need help! I am working on my site and been really grateful for the VISUAL / CODE function that wordpress offers! This excellent option is certainly a saviour for an amateur user who does not know html. However, disaster struck! I logged in today but realised that my wonderful pages do not offer these functions anymore. Rather, I can ONLY edit in html. This is shocking and I cannot find info from FAQ to rectify this problem. I would really appreciate if you guys could provide me with some guidelines to solve this glitch.

Sometimes this happens when they’re working on changing some stuff in the back end. I would wait fifteen minutes and try again, and if it’s still the same, send a Feedback right away. This should be temporary.

Thanks raincoaster. I certainly hope it goes away soon! Similarly, I had weird encounters uploading images. Initially when I uploaded, I could immediately click the option of setting the image as thumbnail / file and send it to page / editor. Now, I have to upload, browse all, copy the image URL and paste it by using the add image icon.
This is strange.. Anyways, wordpress is user frenly indeed!

Please go to Users > Your Profile.
There is a box there about the editor.
Make sure it is checked and Save the page.If the Visual tab does not then appear, send a feedback.

This makes five now. Rather strange. Those SixApart gremlins are getting more bolder. :)
