“Visual” and “HTML” tab in post is lost?

  Sorry if this post in wrong place (never post in here)

  I want to ask, why The “Visual” and “HTML” tab in new/edit post screen is lost?
  here the picture in my place:

  not like this screen in here anymore

  It looks like you have disabled the visual editor.
  dashboard -> users -> profile -> uncheck “Disable the visual editor when writing”
