Visual and Text Buttons Gone

    Recently my visual and text buttons have disappeared. I can’t think of any updates or plugins I added directly before this happened to have caused this issue. I tried:

    Deactivating and reactivating all plugins
    Checking and unchecking proofreading and do not show visual editor boxes on my admin profile
    Clearing browser and cache
    Switching to twenty-thirteen theme
    Installing the Use Google Libraries plugin
    Switching to from Chrome to IE

    None of which helped. I also contacted my host Bluehost, and they told me it wasn’t their problem and to contact my web developer (something I don’t have). At this point I’m at a loss as to what else to try, and I’m not skilled enough to mess with the code in all the wp files.

    Also, from my mobile chrome browser the buttons show up but don’t work when clicked on.
