Visual Composer and Social Snap won’t update

    I have Highend theme and since the last update it requires Visual Composer and Social Snap to update as well so that it will work. However, no matter how many times I attempt to update it, the button changes to reloading, and then nothing happens. I’ve waited half an hour and nothing has happened. My site has stopped showing the videoes I load to YouTube, which is my main way of using my blog. Without this my blog isn’t functional.

    These forums offer support to sites created on WordPress.com. I can see your site is hosted externally with Bluehost.

    As your site is not on WordPress.com, you will need to go to the WordPress.org forums for support: https://wordpress.org/support/

    You could also try asking for help on the Highend Theme support forum: https://hb-themes.com/forum/
