Visual Composer not rendering properly – missing scroll bar and text is garbled

    Hi there.

Woke up this AM to discover that my Visual Composer is no longer rendering properly on the backend and I’m not sure how this happened. When I try to edit a page, the composer is missing it’s scroll bar on the right side so I can only view/edit the top elements. Also, some of the Elements display garbled text – however, when I try to edit the content within the Element itself the correct text is visible and perfectly fine.

My front-end website is working perfectly. Thoughts?

What I’ve done so far to troubleshoot:
    1) Cleared the cache and restarted.
    2) Replicated the issue on two PCs and my iPad.
    3) Deactivated and activated all my plugins one at a time.
    4) Manually re-installed WordPress 4.3
    5) Upgraded my Theme to it’s most current version.
